Who is FAIRWAY JAY
Jay Ginsbach, aka ‘FairwayJay’ is a Las Vegas based handicapper and sports analyst. A
former college athlete and life-long sports enthusiast, he maintains a competitive spirit and attitude
in his sports research and work. A graduate of the University of Minnesota in 1987, he has been
handicapping and wagering for profit since college. He relocated to Las Vegas in 2000 to escape the
winter cold, and provide himself with increased opportunities and exposure. What has developed is an
increased love for sports handicapping, research, analysis and competing to beat the game.
FairwayJay is primarily a football handicapper. His unique writing slant uses periodic golf
analogies, and his selections and research are done with a strong poker player and golf mentality...
selective management and discipline. He uses a fundamental approach, and researches endlessly from
public and private sources, while using the Internet as his Driver and access to the Green. His
experience and intuitive feel come from years of research and selecting winners. As a professional
handicapper, he has been able to analyze information and box scores from tee to green, and Chip-in with
hidden numbers and information that put most sports bettors in the rough. As a writer and analyst,
