Who is SHARK SIMONS

Mark "Shark" Simon has been a professional handicapper since 1981, when
he was the Line Service Manager at Jim Feist’s National Sports Services. In 1993
he left National Sports and joined Don Best Sports, where he was the Operations Manager
for seven years. He left Don Best Sports in 2000 to pursue other career opportunities.
His plays have been featured on Don Best’s Island Express and he was the
co-host of the Don Best Radio Show. He has appeared on various other radio shows, both
locally in Las Vegas and nationally. He is a featured writer for "Buzz Daly’s
Player’s Choice" gambling publication and his plays are monitored by the
"Sports Monitor" in Oklahoma City.
In 1999, Shark hit 59.3 percent (112-77) in College and Pro football, which earned him
a number six ranking by the Sports Monitor. That same year he also reached the finals
of the "Stardust Football Handicapping Championship". In 2000, he finished
with a number three ranking by the Sports Monitor, as he hit 61.6 percent (90-56) in
College and NFL football. Last season, he hit 56.0 percent of his College Football
plays and he closed out the month of December with a stellar 15-2 mark in the NFL.
Shark also had a phenomenal College Basketball season in 2004, logging a 113-67-6
record (63.0 percent). |
